In 2018, DIMAS FOR TRADING AND CONSTRUCTION L.L.C was established as a separate legal entity owned by Nasser Hijazi, distinct from his earlier sole proprietorship.
Today, DIMAS provides enterprise technology solutions and ICT and ELV systems integration under defined contractual scopes, drawing on its owner's earlier experience without conflating the two legal entities.
Our role
DIMAS translates operational and technical requirements into clearly defined scopes of work, interconnected technology solutions, and verifiable, reviewable deliverables. Rather than treating networks, servers, security systems, end-user devices, and business applications as isolated components, the company considers how these technologies interact within each organization's operating environment and project requirements.
This approach focuses on identifying integration points, technical dependencies, and coordination requirements across disciplines, while clarifying the responsibilities of all parties involved. Depending on the agreed contractual scope, DIMAS may be responsible for design, supply, installation, integration, testing, documentation, or support.

How we work
- 01 Understand operational and technical requirements, project constraints, required inputs, priorities, and initial responsibilities.
- 02 Engineer the solution by defining technical assumptions, integration points, dependencies, scope boundaries, and coordination and approval requirements.
- 03 Procure approved technologies and components within the agreed scope, with component records, procurement documentation, and delivery records as contractually applicable.
- 04 Execute only the contracted installation and integration activities, coordinating relevant disciplines and documenting implementation and interim testing where included in scope.
- 05 Perform in-scope testing, document results, and complete handover against defined acceptance criteria, including applicable technical records and post-handover support boundaries.
